Wiki YAG laser procedure on lungs 31641?

We are baffled with the coding for the YAG laser procedure on the lungs. Does anyone else code for this? we are billing with 31641. However, this is a pretty risky and can be a lengthy procedure and the reimbursement for this code seems so low!! Is there a better code for this? Or should we just be appending a modifier 22 when it is an extensive procedure? Input is much appreciated!!
 
We use the same code (31641). I don't know of any other code, but you can certainly add a 22 modifier if the work is unusual and extensive.
