When would this code be used?

I have a patient who had robotic assisted lap radical cystectomy with pelvic extenteration, lap bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection, and open ileal conduit, Do I bill 51999 (cystectomy & lymph nodes) 58571, and 50820? Or Do I bill 51597?
 
Because a true pelvic exenteration also includes removal of the uterus, tubes and ovaries as well as removal of the anus, rectum, and part of the sigmoid colon (not reported), I would suggest the following coding for your clinical scenario:
51999 for the laparoscopic cystectomy and bench mark to 51570
38571 for the laparoscopic pelvic node resection,
50820-50 for the open ileal conduit formation.
