Which Vcode would you recommend using on a patient that had tube placed in both ears 3/2008 and came back in this year for an ear check. Tympanogram was done as well by our audiologist. For the office visit, we normally code V45.89. But the audiologist uses that as well and some insurance are denying the doctor's office visit.
