What icd10 ‘Z’ code can I use for a ct scan? Need a general one.

You have to use the code that represents the reason why the CT scan is being done - in other words, the code for the diagnosis or symptoms which the physician indicates as the reason they have ordered the test. There is no 'general' code for anything.
