Can all Z Codes be counted towards points in the Medical Decision Making Number of Diagnoses?

For example: Z79.899 (Other long tem (current) drug therapy) This patient also has prostate cancer and is receiving Lupron injections

I would assume that Z87.442 (Personal history of kidney stones) would be able to be counted as one point.
