Can a family practice physician bill Z00.00 Encounter for examination of eyes and vision without abnormal findings if he/she did not do eyes examination?

Z00.00 is Encounter for general adult medical examination without abnormal findings, which is appropriate for use by a family practice physician.

Did you mean category Z01.0- which is Encounter for Examination of Eyes and Vision? (Z01.00 without abnormal findings, Z01.01 with abnormal findings)
