Can anyone explain WHEN the Z00.6 dx must be placed in the secondary position on UB-04s? Certain MACs require this to be true and others do not. I cannot find clear guidance. I spoke with my local MAC today and they were unable to provide much assistance. Help!! Thanks!

Next week, there will be a presentation on coding and billing for clinical trials at the Toledo, Ohio chapter meeting. If you're able to attend on March 13th, you may find it helpful.
