Question a little confusing on the immunizations do we use the Z23 for all immunization code now for icd 10 no matter what they are even for adults? please someone clear this up for me thank you

Yes all immunizations/vaccinations are coded with Z23. The note to code first any associated well child only means that if you administer immunizations while the patient is there for a well child exam, you code the well child first.
