If you are given z34.01 and o09.511 codes for lab work. If I'm reading the code book correctly you can't use them together. If they are given together are you allowed to not use one or do you need permission to drop one of the codes?
 
You would use the code that matches the documentation you should not need any permission to use the correct code. These two codes cannot be submitted together.
