Would it be appropriate to use the code Z51.89 for a follow up from hospital discharge for a patient having pneumonia ? already treated in hopital and the Dr. is not changing anything as far as treatment goes ?

What about a Peds Pt following up from ER with an ear infection that is not resolved ?
