Does anyone have an example of when Z74.2 would be used?

It looks like at least one Medicare/Medicaid provider (Molina of Michigan) requests that Z74.2 be used as the diagnosis when submitting for payment of a personal care supplement for residents of Adult Foster Care homes and Homes for the Aged.

I would guess that it is also reported as a measure for the Social Determinants of Health.
