The med list you provided does not include insulin, so you wouldn't use Z79.4

Ozempic is an injectible non-insulin antidiabetic medication, so you could use Z79.85.

Keep in mind the DOS - Z79.85 is a new code effective 10/1/22. You wouldn't use it for DOS prior to that date.
