9 month old seen at urgent care for excessive vomitting and was diagnosed with viral syndrome. doctor administered orally zofran 1.35 mg which patinet vomited right after therefore same dose injected intramuscular. is it correct to bill J2405 with 96372? can Q0162 get billed as well for oral dose? or can it only be used at time of chemotherapy treatment?
