I was able to find Zofran (Ondansetron) administration codes of Q0162 - administration for nausea after chemo and J2405 for an injection.

Is there a valid and billable code for a 4mg or 8mg dissolvable pill given in the office for abdominal pain and nausea?

Most oral medications do not have assigned HCPCS codes, in which case you can use J8499 - Prescription drug, oral, non chemotherapeutic, nos.
