Has anyone recently experienced Zometa denials? I have a page of edits for invalid diagnosis and my claims all have the bone mets diagnosis (198.5). Never had these edits before unless the bone mets diagnosis was missing all together.

We haven't had any recent denials. We use the 198.5 + primary dx; or the approp mult myeloma dx. Are your denials all with the same insurance?
