In the November 2004 Ob-Gyn Coding Alert article "Test Your Pap Smear Skills," the answer to the second question on page 85 reverses the descriptions for Q0091 and G0101. You should report G0101 for the breast and pelvic exam, and Q0091 for the Pap smear.
