Question: The provider documented myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and pancytopenia. Under myelodysplastic syndrome in the ICD-10-CM Alphabetic Index there is an entry for “with, pancytopenia.” However, there is no entry for pancytopenia under syndrome, myelodysplastic.
