Report 0675U only for Genomic Unity® Whole Genome Analysis – Trio from Variantyx Inc. This test is used for rare diseases involving constitutional or heritable disorders. It uses blood, saliva, or genomic DNA to perform whole genome and mitochondrial DNA sequence analysis. The test evaluates small sequence changes, insertions and deletions, copy number variants, duplications and deletions, mobile element insertions, runs of homozygosity, aneuploidy, inversions, and short tandem repeat (STR) gene expansions.
