Medicare requires NDC when filing medications; is there a generic NDC to use when the medication is compounded for intraocular injection?
 
Medicare requires NDC when filing medications; is there a generic NDC to use when the medication is compounded for intraocular injection?

No, no NDC for compounded drugs, unless you are the compounding pharmacy, then you can bill each drug separately, each with its own NDC.
