the physician did a left knee arthroscopic posterior cruciate release and a lysis of adhesions. I have the code for the lysis of adhesions 29884 but i cannot come up with a code for the release of the PCL. Has any one out there come across this as I do not see a CPT code for this. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Never seen that before. usually see repair/reconstruction of PCL. With that the unlisted 29999 would describe the procedure. :)
