Yes. According to the NCCI edit table, 22214 is a column 1 code, and 63047 is a column 2 code, which means that under normal circumstances. 63047 should be considered inclusive to 22214. It has a status of "1", which means that you can override the edit by adding a 59 modifier to 63047, if medical records support billing both services separately that day. Hope that helps! ;)
 
When you say if Medical records support the billing does that mean it can be at the same level if appropriate?
