Can anyone tell me how to code for bilateral upper and lower limited vein mapping???? Really having a hard time with this one.

Assuming this is being done by ultrasound?
93971 x 2 - although you'll have problems getting paid for both. You'll probably have to appeal showing that one is upper, one is lower.
If this is a Medicare patient, check your LCD, most states have one on non-invasive vascular scans that give you the very few diagnoses this will be paid for.
