You sure can, but if you're billing the injection administration also (96372), you should add a 25 modifier to 99202.

99202 and J3301 don't bundle - if you're only trying to report the drug code, and not the work of the provider in giving the drug (96372), then you don't need a modifier.

If it's a government payer (Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare) - don't forget the NDC# on the J-code. ;)
