Does anyone know the best ICD-9 code to use when a Parent comes in to interview a Physician to see if she wants him to take on her children as patients? Would the best code be V65.19?

Not a billable visit, so generally you have a misc code in your system to attach. Most of these are "no charge" or else the office has a specific charge payable at time of service for an interview appt.
