29879 vs 29886

Can someone explain the difference between these two procedures?

I have docs doing an "abrasion chondroplasty " which I considered 29879, but they are stating 29886.

29886 is for OCD lesion. 29879 is for drilling for chondral re-generation. It will depend on medical necessity. Is there an OCD or some type of chondromalacia?
