Happy New Year!

Can anyone advise me on what cpt code to use for death certification? The doctor did not pronounce the death, but completed the death certification.
Is this code only billable by one physcian. Please help. What cpt code would be appropriate to use.

Answered on another thread. 99080 is the code for forms, but this is not reimbursable by insurance and most docs fill out death certificates as a courtesy due to the circumstances.
