The physician dictates that he injected depo medrol into pt's pes anserine bilaterally, so what type of procedure is this? It's not into the joint but instead into tendons and he wants to bill a major-arthrocentesis. I''m thinking trigger point. Is he correct and I'm wrong? Any advice would be nice.

Pes anserine-the combined tendinous insertion on the medial aspect of the tuberosity of the tibia of the sartorius, gracilis, and semitendinosus muscles.
I would try 20551 Injection(s); tendon origin/insertion
