Want to make sure I'm thinking correctly on this one.

For CGS Medicare (who requires the interp date as billing date on diagnostic tests):

The practice owns the equipment, employs the techs, and 1 physician supervises and reads both the nuclear and stress portion within a reasonable time frame, i.e., read is done by the next day:
78452
93015
J2785
A9502 if a chemical stress

The practice owns the equipment, employs the techs, and physician A supervises and physician B reads both the stress and the nuclear:
Physician A bills – 78452-TC
93016
93017
J2785
A9502 if a chemical stress

Physician B bills – 78452-26 on date he signs
93018 on date he signs

If I'm wrong, please help me understand.

Thanks!:)

Looks good to me. All your codes are correct. All your said scenarios are correct for the billing you captured.
