Op report states patient had a completly ruptured bicep tendon and there was a biceps tendon stump and this was arthroscopically removed and debrided.

My question is will this be included with the 29822/29823 or is this a 29828- biceps tenodesis.

Not sure how to code this. Please help

Tenodesis = sewing. If suturing/repair of the tendon wasn't done and just debridement/removal was done then I would code 29822/29823.
