Wiki hospitalist pysch billing

I do the billing for a group of hospitalist with a pyschiatrist in this group. I need some insight on when a patient is inpatient at a mental health facility incorporated with the hospital and my pysch doc admits this patient to the pysch unit and then wants another member of the group to do a history and physical medical evaluation how do I bill for that scenario. The pysch doc is turning in a 99222-AI and the medical doctor is turning in a 99223 for medicare but shouldn't it be a 99233??

We bill 90801 psych assessment for psychiatrist, and 99221-99223 for admission history and physical completed by medical doctor or NP.

This is also how we have been advised by our compliance office to bill.
