My physician did a left heart catherization with Lv gram and an abdominal aortogram with run off single injection.

The diagnosis are severe triple vessel disease, AAA and critical AS.

Is there a way to bill the Abdominal Aortogram with the heart cath?

Yes there is. Its depends on where the injection was done in the aorta and the interpretation.

You can bill 75625-26 & 75710-26 with heart cath as long as there is medical necessity (I see AAA) and the intent of the abdominal aortogram isn't just looking at renals non-selectively.

For non-selective you would bill G0278 (so if the LLE run-off is done from sheath or catheter in the abdominal aorta, then your code is G0278).

For Medicare, you bill G0275/G0278 for renal angiography or run-off angio when done with heart cath.
