Does the performing Lab bill for the lab as Medicare guidelines state? or can the provider bill for labs as commericial guidelines allow?

We are getting conflicting information anyone have any ideas?:confused:
 
The performing lab must bill the MA plan according to Medicare guidelines. MA plans must follow CMS guidelines when they process claims.
