We are having a discussion regarding nursing visits. We have a RN who does BP chks at the request of the MD. She documents in the chart and the MD signs, also another pt comes in weekly for dressing change. Both of these visits are being charged 99211. Does this stand alone or is this incident t? Is there a link to this?:confused: thanks
