Wiki cpt code for going over pathology reports

does anybody know what cpt code we would use to code for the dr going over the pathology report? i have been told that we can charge for going over the path reports but i haven't found a code for it? any help would be great.

I don't see any reason you can't use an E&M code. I would document time and the time requirements for this visit. Otherwise, I would question medical necessity for any type of exam, or history.
