This is the first time that I've come across this, so I would like to get some opinions on how to bill:

I have two cardiologists. One performed a Left Heart Cath with Selective Coronary Angiography on a patient. The second cardiologist was required to insert a pressure wire in the same patient.

I know that the Pressure wire is an add-on code, so any suggestions on how to bill?

Same practice.

Well then you should not have any problem if they bill under the same tax ID#. We do that all of the time and no problem.
