Need some feed bak does "xray thoracic spine r/o DDD, f/u 6wks" qulify for Undiagnosed new problem with uncertain prognosis.
It is a new patient and order X-ray, thoracic spine, 2 views. I am trying to determine if this qualify for Moderate MDM, Dx Thoracic spine pain

I would agree with that - if only on this documentation - new problem to provider with w/u (the x-ray) for 4 points, one data point (ordering x-ray) and moderate risk for Undiagnosed new problem with uncertain prognosis (agree with you there) - so yes, moderate MDM.
