Hi everyone does anyone know what yo fo here...really can use help....Pt has Medicare and Dr. wants to charge for 82962 glucose blood test and 95250 the glucose monitor on the same DOS....is there a modifier I need to use? my system will not let these to charges go out together....please help

Per CCI edits, 95250 and 82962 cannot be billed together and you cannot use a modifier.
