When billing the G0439 with the 10060 wouldn't I need a modifier?
 
That is what I read too, but Medicare is denying this with the dx code 706.2 as not being medically necessary, but this dx code is a supported code.

Hi tmr,

When I used to code this to Medicare, we would get the same rejection reason. When it comes to skin procedures, Medicare is very particular. You may have to submit a first level of appeal, which I believe is a redetermination form attached with supporting medical records stating the procedure was indeed medically necessary, and not cosmetic.
