Hi,

I know the P.T. non-payable G codes need the functional capacity modifiers (CH-CN) to show the severity but do the actual P.T. Eval codes (i.e. CPT 97001-GP) need the CH-CN modifier in addition to GP to show severity as well?

No. Only the functional status G-codes need the C- modifiers.
