Does anyone have insight as to whether or not you can charge a fee for charts requested for Risk Adjustment and Hedis? The company actually sends out a reviewer to pull the charts. Thank you.

Check your contracts for each payer. We found that most of our contracts would not allow us to charge a fee for these requests.
