Personal History of Neoplasms

Good morning, if a patient is no longer receiving treatment for a primary and a secondary neoplasm should we be coding a personal history of the primary and a personal history of the secondary site? Everything that I am looking at as far as the personal history codes only speaks on the primary site.
 
The metastatic (secondary) site is just an extension of the primary. So in otherworldly it is the same primary neoplasm that has moved to a secondary location. Therefore you need to code only the history of the primary.
