Wiki add on code for 27279 (SI joint fusion)

I have a physician billing for a SI joint fusion (27279). He also used stereotactic navigation for instrumentation. He listed the code as 61783. Medicare is denying this stating that 61783 is not an approved add on code for 27279. Any suggestions/ideas what the correct code should be for the stereotactic navigation?

You might look at codes 20985, 0054T or 0055T as a possibility. I know some payers will pay this and some won't though.
