Wiki Category 3 codes, confusion on exam?

So a lot of the questions on the CPC exam had code choices that met the description in the normal CPT sections but then they also had category 3 code choices that met the description. Which one are you supposed to choose and why? (this is still a learning process for me)

can you give an example? I am not aware of any codes from the category 1 (normal) section that has a duplicate in the category 3 section. perhaps there is a subtle difference you failed to notice?
 
Order of selection is CPT code if exists. If one does not you would want to look to Category III before using an Unlisted/Unspecified code. There should not be any where both descriptions are completely the same
