Good afternoon AAPC fam,

Wanted to reach out and see if anyone was familiar working through Chirotouch? I have just started working with this software through a new chiropractor and was hoping maybe someone could help me out with Insurance. I want to know how I am able to insert the information properly and if this program electronically send claims out or if there’s a process to print claims and send them out? I have been coding for three years now but have not done the billing side of it all . It’s been hard to get all the information Chirotouch since you can only schedule 20 minute sessions with them and they don’t offer on site training for my location. Is there anybody out there who can please help me. Thank you so much and advance.

CT Billing

Danielle,

Are you trying to print out paper claims in bulk or do you have a single patient in mind ? CT has made my processes easier since a year of switching to this software. To print in bulk we would begin : Launcher> Front Desk > Billing, Statements & Reporting > Billing (The first tab).
At the bottom left hand you can review all the claims that are going on paper, I find this report to be the most helpful. The right hand of the screen will have

[Print]

[Preview]

[Export]
From there you can preview and print all the claim forms or select the ones you wish for this batch. :)

If you have any questions please let me know and I will be glad to help!

Hi there,

If your trying to process claims electronically it can be done thru you accounting area. On the top area you will see EDI Claims once you select it will give you the option to generate claims and review any errors. I know CT has a community website where you can log in and "chat" with a live person for assistance too.

Hi there! I'm well-versed in ChiroTouch. Do you still need help?

Sorry this I am so late responding, I would love some help if you are still willing. We are actually about to start doing billing in house and I am trying to choose a clearinghouse and make sure that I can do this right. It's between OfficeAlly (which is more affordable, and our billing company uses at this time) and Trizetto (which is nice cause it links up with chirotouch) do you have one you use?
