Question on CMS fee payment schedule

Where can I find a fee schedule on the new codes and modifiers that have been added this year? I'm new and have never looked for this before. Thanks for all your help.
 
How often are the fee schedules on the CMS website updated?
I want to make sure the fees we're billing are correct.
I read that it might be quarterly? The last update says 10/4/19, so is that to prepare for 2020 dates of service or the last quarter of 2019?

Updated at least quarterly
RVU files have not been made available yet for 2020. Maybe late November early December
 
Are all codes in the CMS fee schedule updated quarterly or only specific codes?
If only specific codes, is there an area on their website where we can find out which codes were updated without having to review and compare each fee?
