I read that an epiglottopexy is a form of a supraglottoplasty. Just want to verify if the cpt code for epiglottopexy is 31561 like the supraglottoplasty or if there is a different cpt code for that?

There is no code for it, but I would not necessarily code a supraglottoplasty. You have to see exactly what the surgeon did.
