Anyone know if there are any changes in 2021 related to incident to billing? Thanks in advance
 
There are no changes to the 'incident to' rules that I am aware. The 2021 final rule just published last month does give some clarification of the supervision requirements for telehealth services, and also of how 'incident to' rules apply pharmacist services, but the basics of 'incident to' billing have not been significantly changed.
 
A physician assistant in my office told me "incident to" rules go away in 2021. I can't find anything on this.
