Hi, I need help to code 6 lead EKG for a home visit. My doctor does home visit for most of her homebound patients. She has a portable EKG device with her at all time, only use when needed to diagnosis pt. She performed the test, interpretation with report and strip documented in pt. chart. Which cpt code can I use R0076 or 93000?
Thank you.

Hello. Is your provider using a KardiaMobile? This device is the first ever FDA-cleared mobile 6 lead ECG. The patient’s ECG is recorded and then available to be downloaded and interpreted. Have you considered code 99091 for this procedure?
Thanks!
