Est Patient Office Visit

I have an Est patient that is in a Rehab Hospital, she had an office visit with the doctor as telehealth visit. Can we bill this visit as an office telehealth with POS 11 even though the patient is a Rehab Hospital facility?

As far as i know you are suppose to bill where the patient would have originally been seen
 
You cannot bill an outpatient POS when a patient is inpatient. If it's a Comprehensive Inpatient Rehab Facility, the normal POS is 61. How the insurance company involved wants it is another question entirely.
