Wiki Coding software suggestions for small practice

Hello!
I work for a small ST/OT/PT practice. We have only so many CPT and DX codes that we use and thus our need for coding software is limited althought needed. I am wondering if any of you out there working in smaller practices have found a coding software with CCI edits, claim scrubbers, etc. that is more affordable that has worked well for you. Our need is limited and I don't think I will get approval for a higher price tag.
Would you please share your experience with me and what has worked for your smaller practices with limited coding needs?

I downloaded Medicare's NCCI edits spreadsheets, picked out the codes we use most often together, and made my own little spreadsheet.

Our local BCBS website also has a free edit software that I use occasionally.

When we were a 1 doc private practice (> 5 years ago), I found SpeedECoder the most affordable option that still had the info I needed. If you are an Oxford provider, there was an additional 25% discount. I used it for about 5-7 years. There are a couple of different packages depending on exactly what you are looking for. I figured even if it only helped on 1 claim per year, it was still worth the cost.
But yes, as lburns23 pointed out, the information is often available for free, just sometimes not so user friendly. If you really use only a handful of codes, your own spreadsheet sounds like a good idea.

Thank you for taking the time to respond! This is helpful. I will look into SpeedECoder and see if that will meet our current needs. And yes, it is cumbersome and usually time consuming to scrounge around for what I need.
